16.4.2018 Workshop on product development 2: The understanding of the sensory value
How do we experience different products and brand with our senses and what contribute to this experience?
For the second workshop in product development of the spring we wanted to create more understanding for the sensory value. Johan Swahn, Creative Director at Diaz & Swahn and were invited to share his knowledge on sensory qualities. Johan Swahn has a PhD in sensory marketing and the participants got advises and strategies how deal with the challenges in the development process.
We also discussed the meaning of sensory product development and how we can create sensory quality in the product.
