27.11.2017 Concept workshop 4: My concept today and in the future

In our final concept workshop in the series of concept development the main focus for the participants was to get to know their costumers and imagine the consumers of the future. When operating as a small-scale business the knowledge of one’s costumers is important. By getting to know the consumers the participants also got an insight in the market were their operating and the value of their concept. This also helps to know what attract consumers and help create a flexibility in their business to keep old costumers and attract future consumers.

We wanted to create reflection and dialog how expectations and behaviour patterns along with more awareness among consumers affect the businesses. Anna Dahlgren, marketing director at Gainomax Norrmejerier, shared her perspective on their development of concept for the future market and the future consumers.

We finished the concept development by further looking at the consumer but from a three-dimensional perspective. The economy of expectation is a challenge for all businesses.
